Welcome email template:
Hi [name],
We’re very happy to have you on board!
As part of your onboarding, we have set you up on the [Insert company name] Induction and Company portal. Here you’ll have access to everything you need in order to hit the ground running and do your best work with us.
The portal consists of two main areas:
An induction training – We’ve created a series of induction courses specific for your role with us, complete with videos, downloads and some reading material. There is a quiz allocated to each section to test whether you have grasped the most important aspects of each section and you must get these 100% correct before you can move on to the next stage. The aim of the induction is to get you up to speed on your role and to feel confident stepping into your duties.
The company portal – When you complete your induction, you will be given access to the main company portal – this is where you will find a greater depth of information on our systems, policies, procedures, processes and access to quick links for the main tools that will support you ongoing in your role. From here you can always revisit your induction training, re-watch the videos and redo the quizzes if you need to.
The best next steps:
- Log into the portal using the login information below
- Complete your induction training
- Answer the quizzes as you go through each section
